- Fill out our online submission "Motor Accident Claim Form"
- Attach scanned copies of the following required documents:
- Police Report
- Vehicle Registration Card
- Driver's License
- Photos showing the damages.
- For claims related to natural disasters i.e. floods or rain, download and complete the specific "Motor Claim Form - Natural Disaster" as it is mandatory for these types of claims.
- Email all the documents to our dedicated address at motorclaimsregnlpo@insurancehouse.ae
