  1. Fill out our online submission "Motor Accident Claim Form"  
  2. Attach scanned copies of the following required documents: 
    • Police Report
    • Vehicle Registration Card
    • Driver's License
    • Photos showing the damages.
  3. For claims related to natural disasters i.e. floods or rain, download and complete the specific "Motor Claim Form - Natural Disaster" as it is mandatory for these types of claims.
  4. Email all the documents to our dedicated address at
