As the circumstances with the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak are developing rapidly, please rest assured of our dedication to supporting you with the highest quality of service and our robust business continuity plans are well underway.

Alongside client service, the safety and wellbeing of our customers, our employees and the community, remains our top priority. We continue to act in accordance with UAE Government and Insurance Authority directives, and global guidelines.

To this end and as part of the preventive measures undertaken, we have planned and provided the following solutions:

  • All internal travel for meetings between offices are discouraged and we strongly encourage staff to make use of the technology provided to conduct successful and productive meetings remotely, either by video or audio conference.
  • Restricted non-essential travel, giving heed to guidance from public health authorities and government mandates. Ensuring quarantine of staff who have travelled abroad.
  • Leverage available internal and external technology to aid collaboration and equip employees with necessary tools to work remotely.
  • Split operations (where applicable) and Running rotations, half of our staff working from home two weeks and the other half the following two weeks, with some designated to commute to the office on an as-needed basis until further notice.
  • We have also undertaken precautionary measures across our branch network, including additional deep cleaning and sterilization protocols, training frontline staff and installation of sanitizer around Insurance House building and branches, when entering and leaving the premises, on entrances of each department and in elevators.
  • Reduce the manual services and ‘walk-in’ that require physical contact. Provide services electronically through emails and phones.
